Work Room status
BitRooms Bitrooms provide an opportunity to invest in Rooms, such as: Open WR and
Open WR – Work Room, in witch 2/3 of income from all investments are distributed equitably between all Work Room participants. 1/3 of the investments are distributed between all participants of previous WR. In the first WR all investment income is distributed between all participants without demand of 1/3 (all 100% of income).
There are two open WRs (WR1;WR2) and one closed CR (CR3). The client has invested 1 Bitcoin in WR2. 2/3 of this investment are distributed equitably between all Work Room participants, remained 1/3 of the investment will be distributed in WR1. All investment income will be distributed without demand of 1/3 ( all 100% of income), if the client invest in WR1.
Closed CR – Closed Room, in witch income from all investments is not distributed, until the sum of Total investments reaches a certain value. The distribution of the investment income will take place in the WR-1 (in the previous WR). After reaching a certain value of Total investments, the closed CR will change its status to ``open`` and immediately a new CR will be created.
The first WR is always opened. All WRs are opened, excluding the last one. The last CR is always closed. Total investments amount required for changing status of the CR2 from ``closed`` to ``open`` is equal to 2 Bitcoin. To open every subsequent CR will be required 1 more Bitcoin then it was required to open the previous one.
There are 2 WRs: WR1- open; CR2 – closed.
WR1 Total investments = 2 Bitcoins.
CR2 Total investments = 1 Bitcoin.
It’s necessary to invest 2 Bitcoins in the CR2 , if you want to change its status to ``open``. Every subsequent opening of closed CRs will require 1 more Bitcoin.
Settlements and Formulas.
Distribution of income in open WR (excluding the WR1):
Client’s income = 2/3 * investment of the another client * (client’s investments in this WR/ WR Total investments)
Remaining 1/3 of the investment will be distributed between all participants of the WR-1(the previous one) by the formula. This model of distribution will take effect until it reach’s the first WR.
Distribution of income in the WR1:
Client’s income = investment of the another client * (client’s investment in the WR1 / WR1 Total investments)
Distribution of income in the CR:
All members of the closed room will not receive income, until the CR change’s its status to ``open``. All investments made in the closed room will be distributed in previous WR.
There are 4 Work Rooms:
WR1 – open
WR1 Total investments = 10 Bitcoins.
WR2 – open
WR2 Total investments = 6 Bitcoins.
WR3 – open
WR3 Total investments = 4 Bitcoins.
CR4 - closed
CR4 Total investments = 3 Bitcoins.
Our client Bob has invested 1 Bitcoin in each WR. Bob’s investments: 1 Bitcoin in the WR1; 1 Bitcoin in the WR2; 1 Bitcoin in the WR3; 1 Bitcoin in the CR4.
Another client has invested 1 Bitcoin in WR3. This Bitcoin will be distributed between all participants of the WR3, WR2 and WR1. Let’s calculate Bob’s income:
2/3 of another’s client investment will be distributed between all participants of the WR3.
Bob’s investment in WR3 = 1 Bitcoin.
WR3 Total investments = 4 Bitcoins.
Bob’s income in the WR3 = 1 Bitcoin *2/3 * (1 Bob’s Bitcoin invested in WR3 / 4 WR3 Total investments) = 2/3 * ¼ = 1/6 Bitcoins= 0.16666666 Bitcoins. 0.5 Bitcoins will be distributed between all participants of the WR3.
Remaining 1/3 Bitcoins will be distributed between all participants of the WR2, including Bob.
Bob’s income in the WR2 = 1/3 Bitcoins distributed from WR3 * 2/3 * (1 Bob’s Bitcoin invested in the WR2/ 6 – WR2 Total investments) = 1/3*2/3*1/6 = 1/27=0.03703703 Bitcoins. 0.18518519 Bitcoins will be distributed between other else participants of the WR2.
Remaining 1/9 Bitcoins will be distributed between all participants of the WR1, including Bob.
Bob’s income in the WR1 = 1/9 Bitcoins distributed from WR2 * (1 Bob’s Bitcoin invested in the WR1 / 10 – WR1 Total investments) = 1/9*1/10=1/90= 0.01111111 Bitcoins. Remainnig 0.1 Bitcoins will be distributed between other else participants of the WR1.
Bob’s total income from all investments in the WR3, WR2, WR1 = 0.16666666 0.03703703 0.011111111 = 0.2148148 Bitcoins. Bob will receive income from all up coming investments in any WRs.
Distribution of income in the closed СR4:
Bob will not receive income from this investment, until another client invests in the CR4. Bob’s 1 Bitcoin invested in this CR will be distributed in previous WR. Consequently, Bob will receive income like he invested in the WR3 and it equals 0.2148148 Bitcoins.
Let us suppose that another client had invested 1 Bitcoin in the CR4. Total CR4 investments are equal to 4 Bitcoins. Consequently, this Work Room change’s its status to ``open``. Immediately will be created a closed CR5. CR5 will change its status to ``open``, when the Total CR5 investments would be equal to 5 Bitcoins etc.
